I tried to exchange my order and it turned into such a headache. The replies were slow, and when someone finally did respond, it felt like I was getting copy-paste answers from robots instead of actual help. No clear instructions, no real solution, just a lot of waiting around. Really frustrating experience.

My order showed up with everything correct, so no complaints there. It was just one of those things where you hope it’s right and then it is, so..

I gave 3 stars because customer service did eventually reply, so there’s that. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a bit before getting an actual answer. To be fair, they were polite once they finally got back to me — just not exactly in a hurry.

I was hoping it’d be a little nicer, but it just felt kinda cheap when I got it. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, a bit dissapointing sadlt.

I placed my order expecting it to arrive on time, but the shipping has been delayed and I still haven’t received any clear updates. I’ve checked for tracking info and reached out, but the lack of communication is really frustrating. At this point, I feel like this needs to be escalated because I shouldn’t have to keep chasing for basic information about something I already paid for

I’ve worn it a few different ways so far—curled, straight, and kind of pinned up—and it’s worked well each time. Still trying other styles, but so far it’s been easy to deal with

The site is easy enough to use, but the shade I actually wanted was out of stock again. I ended up ordering something else, which was fine, but it’s really a bit annoying to keep running into the same stock issue.

I ordered from Beauty Works Online and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting it to arrive as quickly as it did. My parcel turned up within a couple of days, and the tracking was straightforward to follow the whole way through.
Everything was packed properly, arrived on time, and the whole process felt really smooth. It definitely gave me confidence ordering from them, and I’d happily use them again.

The hair looked really nice at first, so I was excited. But after just a few washes, it turned dry and started tangling like it had a personal grudge against me. For the price, I definitely expected it to last way longer. Silly me for thinking that, I guess

I grabbed this thinking it looked cute, but the second I had it on for a while I was like, nope. It fit weird and felt tight all day, so I just couldn’t get comfortable in it.

I got the clip-ins and thought I’d struggle with them, but they were way easier to put in than I expected. My sister was with me while I tried them and even she was surprised at how quick it was. The clips felt secure and I didn’t have to spend forever fixing them in the mirror.
I watched one quick video first and had them in before heading out. They made my hair look fuller and really nice without much effort at all. I’d definitely buy them again...

For the price, I’m happy with the quality. It feels like a good deal overall. The only thing that annoyed me was the delivery process, it was a bit slow, and the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure when to expect it.

It all looked neat and didn’t feel cheap or thrown together. I’d probably give it 5 stars if there wasn’t quite so much extra packing, but overall I’m happy with it??

I was happy with this hair. It feels really soft, like really soft, and the texture blends in with my natural hair better than I expected. I did have to brush it out a bit at first, but after that it looked nice. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely buy it again.

They’ve got a really good range of Beauty Works stuff, like loads of hair bits and loads of different options to choose from. I was browsing for a while, a while, just trying to decide what to get, but that’s not a bad problem to have. I’d just like to see a few more cheaper items too...

I ordered from beautyworksonline.com and the hair does feel nice, so no complaints there. But the thickness wasn’t really what I was expecting. It looks fine once I style it, but it definitely doesn’t look as full as it did in the photos. For everyday wear it works, but for the price I really thought there would be MORE volume

I bought a heat tool from Beauty Works, and it’s okay overall. It does what it’s meant to do, but I’m not sure I’d say I’m blown away by it.
It heats up quickly, which is definitely a plus, but the style doesn’t really seem to last on my hair unless I use quite a bit of product. I also found it a little fiddly trying to figure out the right temperature, though maybe that’s just my hair type.

Delivery was fine, and the tool itself looks nice, so no real complaints there. I just kind of expected a bit more for the price. It’s not bad, but I’m not sure I’d rush to buy it again...
